Role Purpose 职位目标:
RESP is strategical TA in China and is the critical growth driver for the China market. The increased complexities (government regulatory, market competitiveness and channel expansion) and revenue responsibilities are key drivers to build up this role to support overall strategy and its implementation in China. Set market access strategy together with brand team, track access progress, lead and coordinate x-brand synergy, execute and be responsible for the performance of the innovative assets of respiratory.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
- Portfolio product strategy: work with Brand teams to formulate clear portfolio strategy/integrated solution based on deep understanding of patient journey, disease and product benefits, etc.
- Market access: Closely monitor/track the listing status across brands – hospital listing/dual channel progress- for Trelegy, Anoro and their competitors, closely monitor post-PVBP sales performance of Seretide, market share changes, provide actionable suggestions for brand team/sales teams.
- Cross-brand synergy: Lead and coordinate cross-brand activities for synergy and improve cost-efficiency while maximizing brand SOV.
- Integrated patient strategy: Formulate integrated patient strategy for GSK respi product portfolio, design patient awareness and cost-effective educational campaigns accordingly based on deep insights from patient research for each brand. Work with brand teams and CTC/retail teams to design/leverage innovative approaches/platforms to drive the NT channel performance.
- Resp non-promotion products management on channel, supply, etc. , for example: Ventolin
